Tucked away in privacy, Saint Añejo's upstairs Mezzanine transforms into an art gallery with culinary displays of new menu and cocktail innovations interwoven amongst graffiti art, murals, and airbrush designs.

MOTO: INTERACTIVE ILLUSION

Executive Chef Brandon, Airbrush Artist Brandon Donahue and Fashion Designer Denise Roxenstone join forces to create an interactive, progressive activation where table design becomes part of the culinary display with orchestrated surprises of illusion for guest engagement throughout the five course dining experience.

KAYNE PRIME: AN ORCHESTRATED COLLISION

All art has similar motions yet results in limitless differentiation. Chef Steven Chandler and Visual Artists Nathan Brown, Chris Zidek, Patrick Hayes, and Michael Sati demonstrate how the creative process sublimates into culinary artistry during this paired seven course dining activation. From ballet to woodwork, artistic integrations become woven into every element of this culinary journey as the story unfolds.

VIRAGO: OUTSIDE THE BOX

FEATURING EXECUTIVE CHEF ANDREW WHITNEY + PINSTRIPER IGOR ACORD + VISUAL ARTIST BRIAN WOODEN

Drawing upon artist's innate inclination to think "outside the box", Chef Andrew and Artists Igor Acord and Brian Wooden co-produce this cubism-inspired, seven course, paired dining activation. With elements of pin striping and graffiti art, Virago's Lotus Room converts into an artist's studio where edible art is revealed throughout the dining experience for guests to discover and further engage.
