Virago's Latest Transformation is Set for Spring

Virago is relocating to another destination on McGavock Street (formerly The Rosewall) with an expected opening in the next month.

Virago originally opened in 2000 in Midtown as founder Chris Hyndman’s first restaurant concept. As a champion of elevated sushi and Asian fusion cuisine, Virago pioneered an edgier, more cosmopolitan dining experience for Nashville. Virago relocated to its current location at 1126 McGavock Street (M Street) in the Gulch in 2010.

“Transformation has always been key to Virago’s success. We are excited about its next evolution and newly designed space,” states Chris Hyndman, M Street Entertainment Founder and CEO.

Guests can continue to explore Virago’s best-in-class sushi and rotating features inspired by exotic, worldly flavors with dishes and presentations meant for sharing.

The new space will open this Spring. Stay tuned for more details.
